Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, we offer refunds within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The product total will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks to ensure it fits your needs.
If the product arrives damaged, contact us to get a replacement or refund. We will require a photo of the shipping materials and damaged product in order to proceed.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-12 business days depending on location within the United States. Nationwide and global shipping delays may impact your estimated delivery date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking progress to populate.
Rogue Apothecary is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.)
